What a rainy day it was. I was doing an interview of Gary and Serene’s friends in a noisy environment. Well, the wireless mic performed really WELL although the background noise was rather loud. This has got a long way to go as the wedding is in Dec. Talk about kaisu huh?? Hee hee…
I took the time to watch a mass display segment of the local wushu competition. It was very exciting as this is the weapon segment where a team of 2 or 3 with weapons would attack in other in a coordinated fashion. Some of the teams lacked practise and it was real funny watching 2 people dancing along.. waiting for the other to attack! Anyway, you only see the good stuff here so please enjoy!
Had a lo…ng shot of a beautiful couple, Rick and Deborah today with Dino, KC Wong and Chris. Was pretty fun as Rick is OZ and the Sia family was really cool! Ooh the EX3 is finally launched. Well, its so…ooo sexy! The turnout was not great but there were 3 cameras to mess with. I will getting my hands on one for testing at least I hope!
It….s a BEAUTIFUL sunset!! Hoo hoo! I got home and saw this out from the living room. Nice isnt it? I’ll miss this place in the future. Its almost impossible not to look into someone’s house from our pigeon holes nowadays.
OH well, I better spend more time at the corridor enjoying the nice scenary whenever I can!
Its been such a hectic Jul that my backlog has been killing me. The wedding deliverable is very tough to edit due to 4 cameras in a church. I didnt make any money so to speak as the editing hours has totalled over 72hrs by now. It IS a good learning experience thou. Regarding to to work and plan responsibilities for shot. Editing 4 cams make a church wedding feel like a concert!

A little device I built to shoot wedding videos. Its pretty nice to shoot really low, as a normal human doesnt like to look up too much.. except when I’m proning in the jungle that is. Anyway, this is a nicely built DIY dolly that was made with my pal’s help. Kudos to Techsteel for helping fabricate my design!

I had a meeting with my fello VGs to review our performance in a recent shoot. While I wasnt too satisified with many things, it was a blast to shoot with 4 cameras at one go! Editing was hmm, more tedious then I could imagine. It is probably going to be the first and last time I try such a stunt! 3 cams for a church wedding would be fine!
The SDE would be up pretty soon.
