My first Chingay job. Didnt know it was that FUN!! (n tiring..) On one hand I wanted to do video, the other I wanted to do stills.. SO, I ended up with a videocam on the right n still cam on the left!
Well, this is what I’m up to. Messing with another toy. I had a walk downstairs and some folks was wondering where the spaceman came from!

Hoo, this was an early shoot in a remote location in Singapore. I had a shock when I saw Judy (one of the sisters) standing by the dark road in white at 5.40am guiding us! Hee hee thought she was a beautiful *****.
It was a tough job to shoot wedding prep with NO lights at all. Other than that, the event was real fun with very sporting bros and sis of the couple. Clever Wesley pulled a fast one with the sisters and run straight in to get Karen! Hey Wesley, I tink you have to offer compensation of new shoes to some folks ha ha ha!
PS: Videographers/Photographers should not be afraid of DOGS!
Was wrapping up last nite and looked out the window to see this. I’m certainly going to do a lot more nite stuff in 2009. Lovely isnt it? Life is beautiful.
Sometime back I sent an Wushu video I made in the DIY video section and I won a camera. My friend update me that MyPaper had run a small article and had my name on it! I’m slowly becoming a media whore.. hmm I think should spend more time writing articles on the plane instead of watching movies.
My first act of the year. The wedding started at 8am and it was a real luxury for me! The strange thing is it was even harder to shoot than normal! The lighting conditions (9am gatecrash till 10.30am!!!) were really tough due to the big contrast and it wasn’t easy. Luckily I had this LED light which came in real handy. The dinner just ended not long ago and it was really sweet of Ben to sing for Joo. Oh, and I must say these folks dance WELL.

This is a test I did for HWM Feb 09 issue. There was a mistake in the camera settings that caused the blue tint outdoor (OK, its MY fault!!! Old man can’t figure out complexed menu settings in a day ;p ).
Anyway, this camera is a WINNER for the low light performance. I am impressed! Unfortunately I did not have the Z7 for a test. Well, Sony has done it again..
